In her latest book Connie shows us ways to embrace our spiritual life using her many years of training and her own life experiences. We are all spiritual beings, here on earth learning from a physical existence before returning to the spiritual world.
Through her words, Connie shows us that, as humans, we are often conditioned from an early age. While a decent upbringing is great, we can also be left with different beliefs or we can react to situations in a certain way because we’ve been programmed to, rather than taking the time to learn what we ourselves truly believe.
Whether you are spiritual or not, we all know that suppressing emotions or not facing up to certain situations can lead to trauma both emotional and even physical. Being aware and in tune with our spiritual selves can help alleviate that pressure.
Connie believes we’re all spiritual beings, connected to each other as well as to nature and to Spirit. We’re here on earth having a human experience. We have free will in what we do but Spirit are there to guide us and help us when we need them.
While we experience highs and lows the goal is to maintain an equilibrium. No one should live in despair and depression and likewise, no one can live constantly in a heightened state of bliss. It would be too exhausting.
This book shows different ways of accessing spiritual dimensions and is well worth a read. As Connie says herself, all one needs is an open heart and an enquiring mind.
