Super good insight and methods of engagement. If you're struggling to put words to emotions and behaviors, whether your own or your mother's, this book is very clarifying in that aspect and has great clarity in the matter. Brought me a lot of comfort being able to identify and put words and names to actions and behaviors and opened my eyes to many other aspects apart of the bigger picture. Good read for peace of mind and strategy!
