I love how the story shows a fervent romance between two different creatures who did not chose each other but were destined to be together forever. Some scenes still remain a mystery to me. However, I will definitely buy the next installment.

Perfect! Find it by hazard….and not even my type, I’m not really a fantasy lover, not even the romances lover…but this one…it’s magnificent. Loved the writing, loved the characters and really loved the story. Can’t wait for more.

Livre trouvé au pif…. Vraiment pas de tout mon type, j’aime pas les romances et encore moins les histoires fantastiques avec des elfes et cie. Mais…quelle belle surprise. Super bien écrit, fluide, une super construction des personnages et j’ai bien aimé l’histoire même si en bref elle reste assez banale. J’ai hâte pour la suite.

I don't know about you but I am sick of fantasy romances where the male lead is a possessive control freak who can't go two pages without ruining the female lead's confidence or independence. Thankfully, this book was nothing like that. :)

Brishen and Ildiko's lovestory is unique, heartwarming, and draws you in right from the start. And the best part is the story has more to it than just a romance. It has a distinct plotline.

I am not much of a book reviewer, so I will ask you to trust the blurb. It's an accurate description of the story.

In conclusion, this is like Beauty and the Beast where both the MCs think the other is hideous but fall in love with the person on the inside...until they both realize that the other was always beautiful. Their hearts saw it before their eyes did.

I loved this book. The cover is stunning and called me to take a look, the blurb intrigued me and then the story was a thing of beauty, unlike our two main characters lol!

Ildika, human niece of the Gauri King, is set to marry Brishen, second son and prince of the non-human, night loving Kai kingdom of Bast-Haradis. It's an arrangement to benefit the two kingdoms, but one both are dreading on account of their very differing looks......

This is not insta love or lust, quite the opposite in fact! Human and Kai are repulsed by how the other looks physically and that is what made this book so different and refreshing. Ildika and Grishen are two very beautiful souls. Their relationship begins (despite the hardship of having to look at each other) and builds on a very solid base of friendship, mutual respect, honesty, openness and humour. The descriptions of their looks spoken openly to each other made me chuckle but also warmed my heart the more they got to know each other and started to realise the beauty on the inside far outweighed the apparent ugliness on the outside.

I really loved both these characters. Ildika was gentle and kind in nature, but shrewd and quick witted and made the perfect match to Grishen's intelligent, caring, protective, loyal warrior personality and adapted with strength and grace to a very difficult situation. Theirs was a slow burn love, enthralling, easy to read, beautiful to behold and one that bloomed into a burning hot passionate connection.

Radiance, a fantasy romance story on the whole was a gentle stroll, even with the danger lurking mostly in the background. Not everyone was happy with their union, so the suspense and action gradually ramped up, especially in the last 20% and set up what I'm sure will be a much angstier second part with an evil enemy set to cause even more havoc.

I really enjoyed this, it made me feel warm inside the more I read and I can't wait for more by this new to me author.

What such a little treasure.

Love ‘Radiance’ and ‘Eidolon’ to no end. This series is one of the best love stories I ever read. The author made an awesome job describing Brishen and Ildiko relationship and how they’re evolving and changing through the story. They grow as individuals and together. And their love story is one of the best I’ve ever read.

I’m in love with both main characters and personality. They’re both supportive, respect and help each other and always are trying to see the positive side of things and of their life together. I also enjoyed a lot how they tease each other and the good humor they have most of the time. They’re not complaining but trying to get the best of themselves and their situation.

They suffer a lot at the end of every book but are able to keep going with each other’s help and love. Every scene between Brishen and Ildiko is beautifully and artistically written. I’ve already read ‘Radiance’ like five times and I think I’m going to read ‘Eidolon’ more than once too.

Thank you for writing this incredible books. I wish they were translated into Spanish in the near future so my sister and friends could read them too. I’m recommending them to everyone, hahaha!

I’m really looking forward to reading book 3 of the series, although I know it won’t be focused on Brishen and Ildiko, I hope they can show up from time to time in the story.
