Brandon experiences the world through naive yet egocentric eyes, and is sent to become more worldly which he decides to do whilst wearing attire leaving him barely decent!

Of course he makes friends along the way and this amusing journey takes him on a passage to self discovery, or does it? You’ll laugh, you might cry, you’ll be ready for the next one.

To properly review this book I must tell you a tale. I was assaulted by facebook ads about 2 months ago for a book called "Caverns and Creatures" by Robert Bevan (if you're reading this buy his books too you won't be disappointed). After 2 weeks I read the description, bought, and read the first book and in a matter of 2 weeks bought and read the rest of his books. This lead me to the Authors & Dragons podcast "where a group of Fantasy Authors Try To Make It Through A Game Of Pathfinder Without Dying. Will They Succeed? Probably Not, But It Will Still Be Fun To Watch Them Try!" If you haven't listened check it out, though you're here so you probably know all about the A&D crew. So when Steve announced this book I knew I had to have it.

This is an excellent example of a fantasy story set in the extended D&D universe with the right amount of drama, adventure, lust ;), and humor spread through out. The childlike demeanor of Brandon is comically effective and endearing. Plus if you've listened to the podcast, all of Brandon's dialogue comes through in Steve's voice.

It is impressive to note how quickly this work came together and I certainly hope we can look forward to more Tales from the Totally Legend of Brandon Thighmaster in the future.

This book has so many good lines and I have no idea how often I quoted sentences from it. If you like a good potion of badass, jokes, and ABS you really should give this book a try.
